I am such a small spec in this cosmos. I am just like a leaf. I lived my life across continents like tea leaves scattered in the wind. Soothing, intriguing and delicious, often silent, broken and discarded at the bottom of a fragrant tea cup made of fine Chinese porcelain. The tea cup was made using the ancient craftsmanship of egg shell a flawless translucent material so fragile that I could see a face imprinted on the bottom of the cup. My soul is like a perfumed romantic blooming rose tea that is fascinated by the ingenuity of all things.

Timid, private, and often multi faceted I am carved by many cultures, deep losses and great experiences.
Witty and socially educated in the art of conversation my appearance may be that of a socialite which is not who I am.
A traditional family structure never quite existed for me as my life was fragmented by many cataclysmic events.
Some created by me and some created by world events.
A strong mind often searches for answers and pushes boundaries. This rare desire to escape mundane reality offered me conflicting answers that caused some losses but also opened my mind and heart to extraordinary possibilities.

Read tea leaves was a message that I recently received from a friend but this mystical art is one that I do not possess.
My aunts were ladies that lunched and often at these events they invited someone that could read tea leaves. The reader shared the storyline with an aura of complicity and secrecy.
The message that I received to read tea leaves was subtle but carried an invitation for me to write my biography.

Honestly, I am not sure that I will ever feel safe enough to open up my soul.
