Not one word, not one gesture of yours shall I, could I, ever forget
Leo Tolstoy
This beautiful quote of Leo Tolstoy is profoundly deep because it makes me think about how many moments in my everyday life are simply task driven and those moments amount to many lost gestures.
Forgotten moments.
Unremarkable breaths.
Words dispersed by the wind into the sands of time.
Most beautiful moments are not ever repeated and it is in search of those that I look at the horizon at any time of the day.
Sunrises and sunsets are majestic moments of beauty and grace.

Each day is an invitation to live mindfully.
There is so much soulful work to do that needs to be done in order to collect sacred moments.
Pay attention to what you invest your time in and make choices that are aligned with who you are.
Living in contradiction to who you are destroys you.

Let your feet touch the Earth and Water everyday as those are sacred moments.
Footprints in the sand leave footprints in your soul.
Prepare good food with the deliberate intention of sharing a sacred moment.

Your creativity in the kitchen is a form of art and love.
The different seasons offer new opportunities for you to explore the glorious fruits of the sacred rituals of nature.
Spring is arriving for me in South Africa on the first of September which is my favourite season and my sacred month.
I love the month of September.
Not one word, not one gesture of yours must ever be forgotten.
Talk soon, writing to you was a sacred moment.
You are unforgettable.
