Trade, well this word for me, sends me into the realm of paths well trodden since time immemorial when all tradesmen travelled the World.
Guided by the stars, braving the oceans, wrapped in white garments to protect themselves from sand storms in the desert they traded in secrets and in goods from far away lands. On Portugal Day, I honour the Portuguese Navigators that discovered the land where I live.
