Busy Solitude

Life is pure poetry if you do what you love in conscious pursuit of happiness.
Busy Solitude is difficult to achieve.
We live in a World full of distractions and stimulation.
If you think about it when we use the word busy we normally associate that word with being caught in relentless social or professional activities.
Busyness is often glorified when people pursue success.
Create healthy boundaries if you want to find balance and harmony.
To write for free is a creative activity that I love to do. It is a form of communication that falls into the realm of busy solitude.
Just me, my words and my sentiments.
BUSY SOLITUDE OFFERS US AN OPPORTUNITY TO FIND CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS

I certainly would write for free everyday.
The dream would be to create a collection of books that would become a significant body of work with interesting stories that would inspire readers.
Reading is all about busy solitude.
The first book would be titled Tea Leaves which would preserve a collection of memories about my place of birth at a tea plantation. This would be the actual story of our family lineage from Europe to Africa.
The tea plantation was located in Zambézia a Northern District of Mozambique that actually was not too far from Blantyre in Malawi. The tea plantation represented a life of busy solitude for my grand father.
A real Out of Africa moment.
Any organic farming is all about letting the time go by until the seasons and the elements tell you that the tress are flowering and ready to bear fruit following the rhythmic cycle of their own busy solitude.

I WAS BORN IN A FARM IN AFRICA
The second would be a book about all the exquisite recipes that my sister Stella collected and made over the years.
Cooking is also a form of busy solitude and we do it for free and with pleasure.
The third would be about publishing the extraordinary photographic work done by my son and his wife that captures the essence of so many destinations and people in Africa and indeed in other parts of the World.
Wild Life photographs, portraits and places that they visited during their busy solitude would become a treasured book.
My family are really the quintessential busy solitude disciples in my life.
Paul and Karin achieve an amazing amount of work everyday by being focused on what fits in or out of the scope of their creative journey.

BUSY SOLITUDE IS FOUND IN YOUR KITCHEN

Destinations that are free of crowds do captivate me and to travel to far flung places makes me happy.
These unspoilt places are the epitome of busy solitude.
A book about what to wear, what to do or not do and how to travel elegantly around the World and which places to visit to celebrate quiet beauty is another great read that would be just like eat, pray, love.
In business find time to offer solutions to dilemmas and challenges and if you find constructive solutions do share them as this goes a long way to fostering enduring relationships.
This blog talks about the importance of the eighth commandment of the Ten Commandments of Lifestyle content which is “Thou Shall offer Constructive Solutions”.
