Evenings are my favourite time of the day.

It is the most beautiful time for meditation and to show gratitude for all the love that I received.

The noise dies down.

The stars are my source of wonder and I feel mysteriously attracted to the firmament.

The stars are so far away and yet they appear to be so near.

They are astonishingly beautiful with their silent brilliance.

Just like precious jewels.

I aspire to be like the stars.

Silent and brilliant.

It takes an enormous amount of self determination and discipline to master vast amounts of knowledge and to practice the art of silence.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have nor winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeoning of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid

A Curated Lifestyle is extremely difficult to achieve due to the enormous challenges that face all of us on a daily basis.

Some of the bludgeoned people affected by circumstances that are totally out of their control need to find an extraordinary amount of resilience in order to survive.

Climate changes are causing global devastation on an unprecedented scale.

What fascinates me is that every single day we have the power to make choices that will align with our beliefs, values, strengths and resources.

Of course, it is not easy.

If we succumb to the temptation to give up it takes much longer to rebound.

There is a simple practice that I engage in daily that clears my mind and makes me feel part of the world, I walk in nature.

Start with small steps and increase your steps day by day.

In business the markets are hard and lean but in economics we call these times cycles.

After a downturn cycle there will be an upturn.

Be ready to benefit from a new cycle of growth by studying something new, transforming your business model and creating new opportunities or products.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishment the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
