Truth is my religion.

To live Life with a value set like mine has not been easy.
I wouldn’t have wanted my life to have been any different.
I am fiercely loyal. Both in my professional and in my personal life I operate within the realms of trust and respect.
Clearly these qualities have the advantage of keeping one safe and exclusive.
In design, pure form is only achieved if you are sublime in your connection with your customer and involve yourself at a deep level of love and understanding so that you can translate into reality the uniqueness of their dreams.
The ability to see and seek universal unique talent is what drives me to curate everything that is beautiful.

In business the pressures are high at any level to keep businesses profitable and you also need to ensure that your customers keep on coming back to you.
A customer experience that is based on integrity, quality, honesty and a personal commitment to understand that a customer is a special human with a specific set of needs is what will keep your customer satisfied.
Be personal and perfect.
My favourite phrase is don’t put lipstick on a pig just to make a sale.
Quick discounts are not going to assure you that the client is going to come back … it only takes away your margin and undresses you in front of the competition.

If you make anyone feel that honestly they have captured your heart and that they belong to a rare breed of customers, these people will reward you with their presence and they will also refer your business.
