The Truth is a beautiful interpretation of facts that we experience through all our senses.

In your daily lives we are stimulated by so many smells, images and words that our choices are almost infinite.

All individuals (organisms) exist in a continually changing world of experience (phenomenal field) of which they are the centre.

The reason why I searched for the theory of Carl Rogers is because my phenomenal field or personality is not in congruence with who I am.

The spiritual wisdom of Buddha and the Humanistic and Existentialist theory of Carl Rogers made me understand that those of us that are fortunate to be well, must continue to share dreams and aspirations, so that our stories enrich the hearts and souls of others.

I have had difficulty in writing about beauty, comfort and well being when so many don’t have it.

Yes, the Sun rises every morning! It is splendid!

It is therefore very human to aspire to a living space that is beautiful

We need to live our best lives and help others.

Our kitchen is still the space where we prepare delicious meals.

Our children need to learn the rituals of good food and be delighted at meal time with nutritious servings of home made food.

This blog will be brief because this content gives us a lot to think about.

Truth, War, Peace, Personality and Lifestyle are all huge topics for consideration.

Keep it simple and sustainable.

May our leaders of the World reconcile.
