The stability of the World is of extraordinary delicacy

When I wrote this post, I had not yet seen on CNN that Madeleine Albright died yesterday at the age of 84 years old. Unknowingly, I wrote a tribute to this highly accomplished woman.

It is impossible to write about the current realities of our World without being accutely aware that we are experiencing unprecedented migration of people due to scarcity and war.
PEACE is a much desired outcome and I hope that through diplomacy and unity our leaders are capable of negotiating an extraordinary delicate way forward without further losses of lives.
Leading Architects are already studying how best to accommodate all the displaced people both in terms of space, resources and sustainability.
This phenomenon of people migrating in large numbers is taking place all over the World and it is essential that solutions are found in terms of form, function and quality of Life.

The social impact is massive because language, culture and religion are elements that makes us more comfortable with one another.
Food is without a doubt not only essential but it is a defining part of our traditions and preferred ways of cooking and eating.
Eating together is a ritual that creates memories and bonds.

The ingredients and the freshness of produce is what transforms your daily cooking into a special meal that is nutritious and balanced.

One of the inspiring facets of this mixing of cultures is that we are learning from each other and in the process we create a fusion of tastes.
