HOLY BLESSED CHRISTMAS
HAPPY HOLIDAYS WORLD
This time of the Year inspires me to write a fable where all the animals in the forest dress themselves up in satin, lace and wool and adorn their heads with flowers and luminous stars.
They sing Silent Night and wait in joyful hope that the Star announcing the arrival of baby Jesus appears in the clear indigo blue sky…soon.
All of a sudden there it is, the most brilliant Star illuminates the sky and all creatures big and small bow their heads and pray.
A sudden Peace fills the World.
Tables ladden with apples, mushrooms, pine nuts, hazel nuts and pecan nuts look ready for a feast in the forest. Salmon for the Bears and bamboo for the Pandas. A Deer looks through the frosty window and is amazed to see how the big people are joyfully gathered around the Christmas table celebrating the arrival of little Jesus.
Such delicious food.
They all dressed up for the occasion and look very beautiful. Yes, our fellow humans on this sacred day do dress well, like we do in the forest.
The children are so excited waiting for their presents.
Everyone loves presents.
Now, look how glamourous the big people look!
All of us in the forest thank you for your love and kindness during this year and we say Hallelujah.
