Philosophy is the study of truths and principles of being,knowledge or conduct.
As the World tries to find meaning amidst the ongoing onslaught of the pandemic,the distress experienced in all economic sectors plus the confusion that reigns in politics, I found solace in studying the principles of being and elected to muse over the philosophical dialogues of Plato (c.428-c.347BCE) and Socrates (c.470-399 BCE).
We have proved that justice in itself is the best thing for the soul itself,and that the soul ought to do justice.

The Philosophy of Happiness is far less cognisant of leisure, wealth and pleasure as forms of happiness and instead it asserts that a virtuous and disciplined lifestyle lead to “human flourishing”, as described by Aristotle.
Principled thoughts and restraint in terms of not abusing our personal power leads to an inherently positive and divine state of being.
Virtues are the foundation of contentment.
“How should I be” rather than “What should I do”.

Use your skills,in your daily life, to find happiness and contentment.
Bake a fabulous cake or teach youngsters how to cook.
Use your kitchen and your home as a safe place for contemplation and meditation.
Participate in business and help the Country to restart the economy in a sector that you love.
Beautiful things are always a source of inspiration.
Indulge your senses by looking at the gifts of Nature.
