It would be remiss of me to not look back on a year of posting blogs and not reflect on the miracles and the losses that I have endured and witnessed.

The World changed since 2020 and the miracle is that I am alive and most of my friends have also survived the pandemic.

Isolation does not come naturally to human beings, we are social creatures and at times our hearts did hurt when we had to face loss of freedom and income.

White is a colour used for celebration in weddings in most Western Cultures as it represents purity.

In a kitchen white looks clean and aesthetically pleasing, specially when your pure white granite sinks match your quartz white tops,perfectly.

One feels like touching those surfaces with devotion much like the way in which you stroke the pages of a great book.

Home what a beautiful word! It is our sacred place where we feel that we belong.

Safety, comfort, beauty and love are some of the words that come to mind when we think about our home. Our hearts love being at home.

I learnt new skills during lockdown one of them was to treasure my space and the other was to reach out to my friends and to the community that I live in using all types of technology.

Amazing how close we became just by sharing daily messages and by being there for each other.

I still have dreams and I hope that you do too.

Create a mood board in any colour of your choice, collect beautiful pictures of what happiness looks like for you. Your brain will be diligently looking for those images and creating new beginnings.
