It is a sensual and delicious experience to taste all the foods that are prepared in different parts of the World. If you are someone that has travelled extensively, you do develop a passion for every fresh idea and new ways to experiment with food and drinks. It is a never ending romance that starts with your favorite dish, made in a country that you love and it turns into poetry as you discover new dishes. Fruits in all colors, textures and shapes are so varied, from country to country, that you learn how to appreciate their uses and delight on how sweet they are.

Spices that test your taste buds and add exotic aromas to your food are a true testament to their ancient origins.

Rice, glorious rice, it is one of my favorites. So versatile and mouth watering from an Italian Porcini Risotto, to an Indian Curry and rice, to Portuguese rice cakes, it is all awesome!

The journey is endless because we still have not talked about meat, fish, shelf fish, vegetables, cheeses, breads, coffee, tea, chocolates and wines that will seduce you completely.
