It was sobering to witness the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, in Washington D.C. on the twentieth of January 2021.

The World watched with pride, what can happen in a day, to change our lives when the power of leadership unfolds right in front of your eyes.

The oaths to protect and defend the USA Constitution were taken by the President and the Vice President, in a contained and powerful manner, that was underscored by authority and power.

Leardeship at its best.

It was an event where the pomp and ceremony of a ball, was replaced by outstanding performances by people that know what it means to start from humble beginnings and achieve their highest heights. They used their powerful voices to deliver messages of hope and glory. Their extraordinary talent united the diverse people of the USA during their awesome performances.

LEADERSHIP is a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the support of others to achieve a common task .

There are certain traits that a leader normally displays in their interactions and research indicates that vision, values, intelligence, power and charisma are inherent in leaders.
