In Portugal food is a cult, people travel for miles to go to the best restaurants to eat the regional treats. Everything is delicious. Desserts made by the monks and the nuns with lots of eggs and almonds are superb. Cod fish in as many ways as you can think of, is a national dish, for Christmas.
International Cuisine fascinates me. China, Greece, England, Scotland, France, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey, Morocco and India are just some of the Countries that I love for their exotic and sometimes traditional gastronomy.
