When we reflect about Life, we know that Life is simply a collection of moments.

My consciousness this year has been challenged by many events in the World that transformed my mind and my belief system.
Set goals, follow your dreams, the World is a safe place, travel the World, live free and indulge in luxury , use the environment for your pleasure and extract its resources, well, finally these beliefs are no longer true or easy. Our movements are constrained and we don’t know for how long this will be the case due to the pandemic.
It is true,however, that a cataclysm creates amazing growth and change.
The beauty of the New World is that mankind with its ingenuity and intelligence will deliver new products that will not only be innovative but that will be made with integrity, excellence and exceptional design. Prices will need to be superbly competitive because in some markets the buying power has diminished.

I have had to develop new life skills in order to adapt to new circumstances and eating at home all the time made me a better cook. I started a new recipe book that is going to be awesome because it is a collection of many family recipes that I collected over the years.
